Giving a Homebuilder’s Finance Team a Real-Time View of Project Financials in NetSuite

A homebuilding and land development company was managing project financials entirely in NetSuite, but had no way to see a project’s actuals, open purchase order exposure, and budget together in one place. Here’s how we built a custom reporting tool that closed that gap, without asking the finance team to change how they tracked a single transaction.

A Self-Service Vendor Onboarding Portal Built on NetSuite

This client was bringing new vendors into NetSuite the hard way, over email and PDFs, with no clean path from submission to an actual Vendor record. TAC built an onboarding flow inside NetSuite so vendors submit once, finance reviews in one place, and approved vendors land as real Vendor records without anyone retyping a thing.

Automating Revenue to Invoice Billing for a Usage-Based Services Company

A usage-based services company was manually reconciling data from multiple revenue streams every month before a single invoice could go out. Here’s how we built an automated billing pipeline in NetSuite that turned a multi-day manual process into a scheduled, repeatable flow.

Automating NetSuite Transaction Extraction for Oracle Integration

When a client needs to move large volumes of transaction data from NetSuite into a downstream system like Oracle, manual exports don’t scale. Multiple scenarios, changing eligibility windows, and the risk of duplicate processing turn a simple data handoff into an ongoing operational burden. TAC built an automated extraction process that runs incrementally, tracks what’s already been sent, and hands off clean CSV files for Oracle to pick up on its own schedule, removing the manual work without adding a fragile point-to-point integration.

Bypassing NetSuite’s File Limits for Automated AR Delivery

Every Accounts Receivable cycle meant a full day of manual work: downloading a file from NetSuite, converting it, validating it in Excel, then uploading it to an SFTP server by hand. Running that transformation inside NetSuite wasn’t a real option either, since a MapReduce script would burn governance and tie up the queue, and NetSuite’s file size limits would still block larger extracts from being sent directly. TAC built a pipeline that automates the full process end to end while keeping the heavy lifting outside NetSuite entirely, removing both the manual work and the platform’s built-in limits.
